DIY Snowman Wreath

I finally made something I have been wanting to make for a year...
a Snowman Wreath!
  
I saw the cutest snowman wreath on Pinterest last year, but was never able to find the original source.  Click here to see my inspiration.  I have seen a number of snowman wreaths since then.  A really cute one I saw last week, with a great tip on where to buy the wreaths, was on East Coast Creative...click here to see!  

All you need to make your own Snowman Wreath are three different size wreaths, hat, scarf, mittens (optional), sticks for hands and wire to hold the three wreaths together - that's it!  


 

So Simple.

      I found the Santa wreath holder at our local Home Depot - only 3 were left, I'm so glad I snagged one. I tried to find it on homedepot.com for people that may want to buy one (to link in my post), but it's not listed anywhere. I could not find the same Santa wreath holder anywhere online. I'm still on the hunt!
