For this week’s Tried & True, I am sharing a great baking tip for chocolate cakes!
USE COCOA POWDER TO “FLOUR” CAKE PANS When Baking CHocolate cakes!
For chocolate cakes, instead of using flour to coat cake pans, “flour” the pans with cocoa powder. This eliminates the unsightly white floury bottom. The cocoa also makes the bottom rich and yummy! It’s a win win!
Now go bake some cake!
