Greek Orzo Salad

Today I am sharing a wonderful salad my friends shared during a Broncos football game get-together, Greek Orzo Salad.

This is an awesome tried and true recipe from allrecipes.com. A colorful, light and refreshing pasta salad loaded with artichokes, tomatoes, black olives, cucumber, red onion, feta, fresh parsley...a great one to have in your recipe box!

This salad has over 320 reviews with a 4 1/2 star rating. Here are some of the reviews:
"Amazing. I took it to a party and the entire bowl was gone in 5 minutes..."
Made this for a large crowd and got some rave reviews. It was so good. Made it just the the way the recipe shows. It actually gets better the longer the flavors have time to soak in. Will definitely make it again!"
This simple dish is so delicious and versatile..."
Very, very good. I used canned artichokes so instead of using the marinade from the jar for the last step, subbed Marie's Greek Vinaigrette."
A nice variation for a pasta salad and so easy to make. This is always a hit. Whenever I serve it I am always asked for the recipe..."
