Maple Cranberry Pecan Spread - Only 4 Ingredients

Today's recipe is one of my favorite spreads and oh so simple to make!  

Maple Cranberry Pecan Spread - Only four ingredients to make this awesome spread! Great on bread, bagels, English muffins, crackers...great as a dip for apples! 

What you need: Cream cheese, dried cranberries, pecans and maple syrup.

This fantastic recipe is from my friend, Danni, from Silo Hill Farm. I first tried this delicious spread in early spring of 2013 and have been making it ever since. 

Maple Cranberry Pecan Spread

  • 1 (8 ounce package) cream cheese, softened at room temperature 
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/4 cup chopped, toasted pecans 
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients, using an electric mixer to blend well. Cover and refrigerate several hours. Makes 1-1/2 cups. Enjoy!

Serve as a spread on bread, bagels, English muffins, crackers or as a dip for apples.
